By accessing or using AI.Wire ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.
2. The Service
AI.Wire is a read-only editorial aggregator. It curates headlines, summaries, and excerpts from publicly available sources covering frontier AI research and industry. Every story links to its original publisher. We do not host or republish full articles.
3. Fair Use
Content displayed on AI.Wire consists of titles, short excerpts, and links, reproduced under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). If you are a publisher and believe content has been reproduced beyond fair use, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account to save articles and personalise your feed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or violate these terms.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or systematically download content from AI.Wire at a volume that disrupts the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
- Use the service to distribute spam or malware
- Misrepresent the source or authorship of aggregated content
6. Disclaimers
AI.Wire provides news aggregation for informational purposes only. Summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for investment, legal, or medical decisions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI.Wire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content displayed.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction in which the operator is located.
