I purchased my Pro subscription on Friday 8th May and started using it straight away and it's saying it will reset on Sunday May 17th - 9 days later. How is there no way to reach a human? I'd rather someone at Anthropic aknowledge this is an issue "they're looking into" and come back with a bullshit excuse rather than have to go through a charge back with my card.
